Vedrana

Vedrana is a proven consumer engagement, digital marketing and data specialist.

Commencing her six-year career at Nissan Motor Company via a student placement program, she climbed the ranks to perform a range of influential and senior management positions. It was her design and execution of a customer reconnect program that kick-started her successful career at Nissan – generating $15.4M in revenue from an investment of $400K.

At Nissan, Vedrana was entrusted to lead complex customer-centric initiatives in the areas of Loyalty, CRM, Consumer Engagement and Marketing. She was appointed as a Future Leader of the organisation at age 25 (the youngest appointee in Nissan’s 60-year history), which saw her take on and succeed within enterprise-wide improvement projects such as a series of organisational change programs and a complete overhaul of Nissan’s domestic supply chain model.

Vedrana is known for her pragmatic consumer focus with a strong commercial view.  She ultimately went on to report to Nissan’s 2IC and lead Digital White Paper projects including the redevelopment of Nissan’s award-winning website.

Vedrana has managed Loyalty for Coles on behalf of Vintage Cellars, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor and the FlyBuys partnership, the largest and one of most popular loyalty programs in Australia.

She also took on a BD role with a small software development and e-Learning company.  During a time when learning and development budgets were getting smaller, she delivered the highest ever sales result in the company’s 20-year operating history through innovative solutions that reflected how people want to learn in today’s digital age.  During this time, she engaged new clients within the three tiers of Government, not-for-profit and corporate clients. As 2IC she led a team of staff and delivered a suite of customer-centric business improvements.

In 2014, her entrepreneurial drive saw her establish NORA Group. As Executive Director, she created a consultancy focusing on sales channel optimisation and customer engagement. NORA Group operates in support of a range of clients in the health, retail, automotive, events and technology sectors. Vedrana applies the same entrepreneurial principles to the changing digital landscape - delivering record level performance results for large corporates and small organisations alike.

She also co-founded Ask Marge in 2016 – an innovative digital platform that connects medical suppliers with Nurses, Surgeons and medical staff to easily locate products, support hospital and surgeon timeframes and improved patient outcomes. Ask Marge was launched in July 2017 and in short 5 months the platform delivered in excess of $1.2M of leads to suppliers from hospitals.

Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) recognised her as a 2017 Women in Medtech Champion award finalist.
